Catering to ages 6+, my Junior Training Session takes place every Friday, offering a fantastic outlet for your children to let off some steam after a week's worth of learning.
We focus on a diverse array of skills, spanning from agility, balance, and coordination to general fitness, speed, and stamina.
Each session brims with an assortment of engaging activities, races, and games, ensuring that your children remain active and entertained.
My primary goal is to infuse enjoyment into sports for all participants, hence why the session content evolves weekly, keeping the sessions fresh & exciting.
