8 weeks of personalised running coaching.
The plan is delivered weekly and is built around your life and work commitments.
Each plan contains your suggested runs for the week, as well as recommended stretches, strength work plus any extras as needed (for example glute activation).
Full support and guidance available, plus regular check-ins throughout the week.
This plan is perfect if you need a bit of a kick, or if you're looking for motivation in the build up towards an event.
