The plan is delivered weekly and is built around your life and work commitments.
Each plan contains your suggested runs for the week, as well as recommended stretches, strength work plus any extras as needed (for example yoga, glute activation etc.).

This is a fun training session designed to help improve agility, balance, and coordination through a fun, varied and encouraging session.
Sessions can be adapted depending on ability.
Suitable for any child over 8.
Meets every Friday at 6pm at Moreton Rangers Football Club.
