Through my personalised coaching plans, in person training sessions, expert guidance and continuous support, I’ll empower you to take those first steps towards success, gradually building a routine that inspires consistency and drives results.

Includes race/event prep, running specific strength training, sprint/speed work, agility, balance and coordination work and any other goal specific training, for example injury prevention. 


Price: 

  • £45 for 1 hour 
  • £25 for 30 minutes

Share the cost of a 1:1 session and train with a buddy – bring out the friendly competitiveness! 


Price: 

  • £20 per person (1 hour sessions)
  • £10 per person (30 minute sessions)

One Off Training Plans

Event specific training plans, delivered in an easy to read PDF file. Choose your desired plan length and event distance, then leave the rest to me! Plans are usually delivered within 48 hours of purchasing.

8 Week Coaching Plan

8 weeks of personalised running coaching. 

The plan is delivered weekly and is built around your life and work commitments. 


Each plan contains your suggested runs for the week, as well as recommended stretches, strength work plus any extras as needed (for example glute activation). 


Full support and guidance available, plus regular check-ins throughout the week. 


This plan is perfect if you need a bit of a kick, or if you're looking for motivation in the build up towards an event.


Price: 

  • £80 for the 8 weeks

Couch to 5km

Available as a one-off training plan so you can run it self-paced, or join the next group when booking opens!
Price: 

  • £25 for the plan to run self-paced
  • £35 for the 10 week course (in a group)
