Supported Training is is split into 3 categories: Weekly, Monthly & Premium. They are all a great way to stay accountable with your training. You'll regularly receive a training plan containing all of the recommended runs & sessions that you need to work towards your goal. Supported Training lasts for as long as you want it to, with no set time frame, and is a great way to train and have your Coach's support along the way.
Each plan will vary depending on your goals, but they will typically follow an easy, medium, hard, recovery week training routine that is proven to work. You'll make progress at a comfortable rate whilst also being challenged to push yourself further.
Weekly - £15 per week
Your plan will be delivered weekly as a PDF file so you can easily view it on your phone. You'll get check-ins from me throughout the week to see how you're getting on, and I'll also check before I send your next plan out to see if we need to make any changes or if there's any days that you can't train on.
Monthly - £25 per month
This plan is delivered monthly rather than weekly. You'll recieve your plan as a PDF for mobile viewing that contains the entire month's worth of training so that you can crack on in your own time. You'll still get some checkins to see how you're getting on or if we need to make any changes, but it's not quite as personal.
Premium - £60 per month
Premium Coaching is the best level of coaching that I offer. You get your weekly training plan with checkins, plus a monthly phone call to see how you're getting on. You'll also get a monthly 1:1 training session where we will work together towards a range of goals, for example form improvements, pace & endurance.
